Under the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable law, you have the following rights in respect of personal data for which Fine Integrity is the Data Fiduciary:
- Right to access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is processed.

Please contact that business to exercise your rights regarding their campaigns. You can also reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to opt out of future messages from that business on our platform.
8. Children's data
The Prachar platform is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor's data has been submitted to us, contact our Grievance Officer immediately and we will delete it.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our marketing website (fineintegrity.com) uses Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_<ID>) to distinguish unique visitors and measure traffic. The data collected is aggregated and anonymised before we review it — we do not use GA4 to identify individuals.
We also use a GA4 cross-domain linker so that a visit that starts on fineintegrity.com and continues to app.fineintegrity.com is counted as a single session for analytics purposes.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Prachar platform.
10. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the DPDP Act 2023, we have designated a Grievance Officer:
- Name: [TO BE FILLED: Designated Grievance Officer Name]

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our data practices. When we make material changes, we will notify active Subscribers by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Prachar after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
